By accessing or using Bar Bunny (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use Bar Bunny. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

Bar Bunny connects bartenders, venues, and patrons (“Regulars”) through a discovery and notification platform. Users may:

  • Discover bartenders and venues nearby.

  • Follow profiles and receive updates about specials and shifts.

  • Create and manage professional bartender or venue profiles.

4. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to access certain features.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or harassing purposes.

  • Post false, defamatory, or offensive content.

  • Copy, modify, or distribute content from the platform without authorization.

  • Interfere with the security or performance of the Service.
     

6. Bartender & Venue Content

Bartenders and venues may post information such as specials, shifts, or promotional materials. You retain ownership of your content but grant Bar Bunny a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote it within the app and marketing materials.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and design elements of Bar Bunny are owned by FortyTwo Collective LLC and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
 

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the platform or its users.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Bar Bunny and FortyTwo Collective LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
 

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
 

11. Governing Law
